    Director, Federal Program Manager

     

    Travel: 25%

    We’re Hiring: Dynamic Manager to Lead High-Impact Deployment Team

    What You’ll Do:

    Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation

     

    Manage deployment strategy, budget oversight, and revenue/margin goals

     

    Set clear goals, track progress, and deliver measurable results

     

    Align team objectives with broader Oracle initiatives

     

    Drive operational efficiency, resource allocation, and stakeholder satisfaction

     

    Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders

     

    Navigate ambiguity and lead confidently through change

    What You Bring:

    Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop successful teams

     

    Experience managing deployment strategy, budgets, and performance metrics

     

    Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

     

    Deep understanding of healthcare IT deployment, trends, and best practices

     

    Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels

     

    Skilled at conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement

     

    Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve outcomes

     

    Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive work culture

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Admin, or related field

     

    10+ years of experience in people leadership, operations, consulting, or program management—preferably in healthcare IT

     

    Proven track record leading large-scale deployment initiatives

     
     

    Comfortable with Microsoft Office and related tools

     

    Ability to work irregular hours if required (in accordance with local regulations)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    PMP certification

     

    Experience with federal clients and contract management

     

    Familiarity with public sector or government healthcare projects

     

    Strong healthcare domain knowledge

    What to Expect:

    You’ll operate with autonomy, make strategic decisions, and serve as a subject matter expert—sharing insights on Oracle products, industry standards, and local/federal regulations. You’ll also help drive ongoing education and best practices across the team.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

    US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

     

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

     

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
