**Harborview - Maintenance** has an outstanding opportunity for an **Electrician** .

WORK SCHEDULE:

+ Days, 100% FTE

+ 7am- 3:30PM Monday - Friday

+ No Telework

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, circuits, and related components for power and communication systems.

+ Service and troubleshoot motors, pumps, fans, appliances, and other electrical equipment.

+ Rebuild and refurbish motor parts, including coils, armatures, and bearings.

+ Inspect electrical and communication systems to identify and resolve faults.

+ Maintain high-voltage transmission lines and transformers (up to 750 volts).

+ Perform system modifications and upgrades as needed.

+ Prepare cost estimates for electrical projects.

+ Operate service vehicles and manage materials.

+ Provide guidance to helpers; assist in other trades when required.

+ Complete additional related tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

+ Completion of a recognized apprenticeship as an electrician; OR full journey status as an electrician in a union; OR four years’ applicable work experience.

+ Vocational training may be substituted for work experience on a year-for-year basis. Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license may be required.

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$81,636.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum:

$108,792.00 annual

Other Compensation:

$3,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible new employees
