Position Overview:
The Human Resource Director is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including compensation and benefits, retirement plans, employee relations, staff training, compliance, and talent development. You will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and play a vital role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
What You'll Do:
• Leadership & Strategy
+ Serve as a trusted member and advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
+ Promote a people-first culture that reflects our core values
• Compensation, Benefits & Retirement
+ Develop and manage equitable compensation structures
+ Oversee employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and wellness programs
+ Administer retirement plan and ensure employee education around benefits
• Training & Development
+ Design and implement staff development training programs
+ Lead onboarding and performance management processes
+ Foster a learning environment that supports employee growth and retention
• HR Operations & Compliance
+ Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
+ Maintain accurate HR records and reports
+ Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For:
+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
+ 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles; preferred
+ Proven expertise in compensation, benefits, and training program development
+ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
