+ Plan and execute **Employee Engagement** activities, internal events, and communication campaigns to foster a positive work culture.
+ Support **Learning & Development** by coordinating training sessions, workshops, and preparing training materials.
+ Support **HR Operations** and data management, ensuring accuracy in employee records and onboarding processes.
+ Assist in **Office Facility Management** , ensuring the workplace is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productivity.

+ Undergraduate students in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, Social Sciences, or related fields.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-minded attitude.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Ability to use creative tools (e.g., Canva, Video Editing) for internal communications is a plus.
+ Highly organized, able to multitask, and pay attention to detail.
+ Good command of English, both written and spoken.
+ Able to join the program for 4-6 months.
+ Must be able to provide an official Internship Letter (หนังสือส่งตัว) from your university.
