    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.

    + Current RN License (state-specific) required.

    + Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, cath lab, or related clinical area.

    + Strong clinical knowledge of structural heart disease and interventional cardiology procedures (TAVR, MitraClip, LAAO, etc.)

    + Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Master's Preferred

    + Certification in cardiovascular nursing, case management, or related specialty preferred.
