    What You’ll Do

     

    As a **Material Coordinator** , you will be the primary point of contact for material flow, ensuring uninterrupted production in our manufacturing cells. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Maintain inventory accuracy and manage material replenishment based on Planner/Buyer setup.

    + Perform and record cycle counts in Oracle; investigate and reconcile discrepancies.

    + Prepare and present materials for production, ensuring they are ready for optimal use.

    + Apply Fortive Business System (FBS) tools, including Fortive Material System (FMS) and 5S, to sustain and improve material presentation.

    + Move materials between receiving, factory floor, and distribution center using a pallet jack.

    + Expedite internal material requirements and transfer inventory across multiple locations, including MRB.

    + Collect, analyze, and report production data; perform basic counting, sorting, labeling, and packaging tasks.

    + Participate in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

    + Support material planning, policy deployment, and execution.

     

    What You Bring

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    + 1–2 years of experience in material coordination, inventory management, or a related role.

    + Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and data analysis.

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in Lean or continuous improvement environments.

    + Familiarity with Kanban systems and material execution processes.

    + Hands-on experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
