About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated **Hospice Account Executive** to join our team and help connect patients and families with compassionate care. This role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare providers, educating the community about hospice services, and ensuring smooth referral processes.
Key Responsibilities
+ Drive growth by developing and managing relationships with physicians, facilities, and referral sources.
+ Implement territory sales plans to meet admission goals.
+ Provide hospice education and support to healthcare professionals and families.
+ Ensure referrals meet compliance standards and are processed accurately.
+ Collaborate with agency leadership to identify opportunities and overcome barriers.
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ 1–2 years of sales experience (healthcare or hospice preferred).
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
+ Knowledge of Medicare regulations and managed care.
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
