Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking an **Associate Supply Chain Analyst** **(Level 2)** to join the **Tool and Duct Responsibility Center (TDRC)** team in **Algona, WA.

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for printing work orders for a high volume shop and other various duties supporting the supply chain and manufacturing team. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Industrial Engineering, production, quality, supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is looking to grow supply chain knowledge and will be able to work a split shift supporting the range from 10 -11AM to 6:30 - 7:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Production Schedule Alignment: Collaborate with production planning and operations teams to ensure material supply aligns with production schedules and delivery targets

+ Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks, including supplier capacity issues and material shortages; develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions

+ Cost Savings & Efficiency Initiatives: Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency projects through supplier negotiations, process optimization, and lean principles

+ ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/MRP (Material Requirements Planning) System Utilization: Manage supply chain processes using ERP and MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); support system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and resolve issues proactively

+ Analyzes complex material requirements and verifies/incorporates bills of material into production plans

+ Ensures on time delivery

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

+ 1+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)

+ 1+ years of experience with CMES or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)

+ 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Word

+ Must be willing to work flexible hours, including on call support as needed (including weekends and holidays)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 2+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 2 - $77,000 - $90,000
