Job Title: Project Engineer



Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager to join our team. You will interface with clients, manage projects, and ensure successful completion of tasks. This role requires strong social skills, proficiency in Excel and general computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

+ Interface with clients to understand their needs and project requirements.

+ Manage and oversee various phases of industrial projects including design, construction, and occupancy.

+ Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure project success.

+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and estimates.

+ Organize and prioritize tasks based on customer needs.

+ Lead a team of professionals in the design and construction of industrial projects.

+ Ensure projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in project engineering or project management.

+ Experience in airports, baggage handling, controls, or automation.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts effectively.

+ Ability to organize tasks efficiently and prioritize based on customer needs.

+ Proficiency in Bluebeam, scheduling, budgeting, and estimating.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ GPA of 3.0 or higher.

+ Experience with conveyor systems is ideal.

+ Teachability and willingness to learn unique processes.

+ Background in engineering, general contracting, or subcontracting (mechanical experience is a plus).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.
