Description
Seeking a Technical Designer with experience in high-tech architecture projects (data centers, advanced manufacturing, labs, or similar). Role focuses on design development, technical coordination, and project delivery for complex critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate design solutions through construction documentation.
Produce detailed 2D/3D models using Revit.
Coordinate with consultants and manage documentation.
Resolve technical/design issues and ensure constructible solutions.
Oversee drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Critical Facilities experience or strong interest; data center experience preferred.
Proficiency in Revit required; BIM 360, AutoCAD, Enscape a plus.
Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and sustainability standards (LEED, WELL, Net Zero).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $92000.00/yr.
Their comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, wellness programs, flex spending, paid holidays, and paid time off. They also offer a 401k, profit sharing, employee stock ownership, and twice annual bonus opportunities. Their annual base salary range has been established based on local markets.
