    Job Title: Production Workers - South San Francisco

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team in South San Francisco. This role involves working in a heavy Spanish-speaking environment, primarily focused on baking and packing croutons. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as start times can shift up to an hour either way to accommodate production needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Prep and assemble products to specification.

    + Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements.

    + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

    + Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely and in accordance with standards.

    + Maintain scheduled production to meet team business goals.

    + Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issue.

    + Deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables.

    + Demonstrate attention to detail.

    + Understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.

    + Work overtime as required, even on short notice.

    + Work on a flexible schedule based on production needs.

    + Perform basic math skills.

    + Operate manual and automated processing equipment.

    + Communicate to management when there is an issue.

    + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    + Perform other duties as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Spanish language proficiency.

    + Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

    + Basic math and English skills.

    + Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Understanding of written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.

    + Ability to work overtime as required.

    + Ability to work on a flexible schedule.

    + Strict adherence to safety, food security, and GMP practices.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in food production or manufacturing.

    + Knowledge of food safety and handling.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
