Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to customers at the Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center.

Responsibilities

+ Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers.

+ Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability.

+ Verify orders and ensure their entry into the inventory management system.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the Fulfillment Center are well maintained, orderly, and free of debris.

+ Adhere to quality standards set forth by management.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with inventory management and order picking.

+ Proficiency in using RF scanners.

+ Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Willingness to work a flexible shift.

+ Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.

+ Capability to perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.

+ Ability to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment

The Fulfillment Center operates with a focus on safety and orderliness. Employees work either an AM shift from Wednesday to Saturday (5am-3pm) or a PM shift from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (3:30pm – 1:30am). The role involves standing for extended periods and handling packages up to 50 pounds.

This is a Contract position based out of Mechanicsville, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
