Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility's equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within the company and advance.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
+ Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment, assist lower-level technicians, and escalate issues when necessary.
+ Document all maintenance work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and maintain accurate records of operating logs for facility systems.
+ Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events.
+ Assist maintenance mechanics with tasks requiring collaboration or due to operational demands.
+ Perform facility and building project work, including light bulb and ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry, plumbing repairs, and maintaining operation logs.
+ Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production, analyze production delays, and initiate procedures to resolve equipment malfunctions.
+ Examine defects, analyze spoilage causes, and take corrective actions to eliminate problems.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and mechanical systems.
+ Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematic reading.
+ Knowledge of electrical systems and conveyor maintenance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $45.00/hr.
