Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to oversee the daily functions of our CNC machinery. The role involves running tests before operations begin and monitoring machines during product assembly, and inspecting machinery at the end of each shift to identify parts needing repair. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can apply your existing skills and learn new ones.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate CNC machines

+ Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

+ Adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds

+ Hold tolerances of +/- .0005”; +/-.012mm.

+ Machine materials such as aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel

+ Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines

+ Inspect machinery and products for quality assurance

Essential Skills

+ Ability to use calipers and micrometers

+ Proficiency in reading and following blueprint instructions

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Wayne, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $70720.00/yr.

401K/Profit Sharing Plan

• Voya Life Insurance & Annuity Company

• Employee deferrals weekly on a pre-tax basis.

• Company match of fifty cents to every dollar deferred to a maximum of 4% of salary.

• Eligibility the first of January, April, July, & October following 60 days of employment.
