Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical components of production equipment and systems, including linear baggers and other advanced technologies. You will perform basic maintenance related to all processing equipment, focusing on both high and low voltage electrical systems. Your role involves working with gear boxes, servo motors, and VFDs, as well as troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment. Maintaining equipment and area cleanliness to ensure compliance with GMP standards is a key aspect of this position.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical components of production equipment and systems.
+ Perform basic maintenance related to all processing equipment.
+ Work with high and low voltage electrical systems.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment.
+ Ensure equipment and area cleanliness to comply with GMP standards.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with maintenance repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, and welding tasks.
+ Familiarity with PLC control and electro-mechanical systems.
+ Experience in preventive maintenance practices.
+ 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Whitestown, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85280.00/yr.
