    Production Assembler Position, Start immediately, $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr,

     

    weekly pay!

    Responsibilities

    + **Read and follow route sheets.**

    + **Read and understand blueprints within the route sheets.**

    + **Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools.**

    + **Load panels through conveyor machine.**

    + **Review and inspect work according to IPC standards.**

    + **Move work orders with the Paradigm system.**

    + **Participate in, implement, and create continuous improvement ideas.**

    + **Eventually cross train to perform skills outside of initial area.**

    + **Become a certified operator.**

    + **Maintain cleanliness of specific area.**

    Requirements

    + **Printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.**

    + **Must be comfortable working with chemicals and fumes.**

    + **Able to read, interpret and follow customer and IPC specifications.**

    + **Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, repetitive movements with hands and occasional respirator usage.**

    + **Able to do fine detail work with hands.**

    + **Able to work overtime as needed to support business needs.**

    + **Very strong attention to detail.**

    + **Must be comfortable entering information to a computer.**
