Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Construction Manager or Superintendent to oversee commercial solar rooftop projects and car ports. The ideal candidate will oversee subcontractors onsite, ensure project safety and schedule adherence, and manage inventory and logistics for batteries and transformers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors ensuring quality and safety standards.

• Oversee site safety, enforce safety protocols, and maintain compliance.

• Manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.

• Control inventory, including receiving and handling batteries and transformers.

• Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar construction, preferably with rooftop and carport projects.

• Proven experience managing subcontractors on construction sites.

• Strong understanding of site safety, inventory control, and project scheduling.

• Intermediate level of experience in construction management.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various subcontractors and vendors.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $145000.00/hr.
