    Job Description

    As a Construction Laborer, you will report to the supervisor and be responsible for a variety of tasks including addressing material moves, general labor functions, and meeting setups. You will work under minimal supervision and have daily contact with external suppliers and customers.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the movement of goods within the facility to support operations.

    + Assist in the movement of furniture to support office operations.

    + Provide general labor assistance to skilled tradesmen.

    + Provide support performing preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.

    + Transport maintenance materials and tools using a pallet jack.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using construction hand tools and power tools.

    + Experience with concrete handling.

    + Five or more years of related experience is required.

    + Possession of applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver's license.

    + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    + Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

    + Effective communication skills to speak before groups of customers or employees.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
