Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals with production experience to join our team as General Production Workers. You will be working in a fast-paced factory environment, standing and picking throughout the day, and contributing to the manufacturing of foam products.

Responsibilities

+ Work at the end of machines to handle foam products.

+ Pick and place foam into boxes and transport them to designated areas.

+ Label each product accurately, requiring strong attention to detail.

+ Perform repetitive tasks with efficiency.

+ Lift items up to 30 lbs comfortably.

Essential Skills

+ Production experience.

+ Ability to work well in a team setting.

+ Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks all day.

+ Attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ No certifications necessary.

+ Experience in production environments is beneficial.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a manufacturing facility with temperature variations, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The dress code includes work pants, work shirts, and work boots, with no tank tops or extremely loose-fitting clothing allowed. The shift runs from 3:30 pm to 2 am, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.
