    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking an industrial maintenance mechanic to support a busy manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and possesses strong technical skills. You should have a general knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronics, HVAC, and hydraulics, with the possibility of specializing in one or more of these areas.

    Responsibilities

    + Diagnose the cause of electrical or mechanical malfunctions or failures in operational equipment.

    + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

    + Set up and operate metalworking tools such as lathe, drill press, and grinder to make and repair parts.

    + Troubleshoot issues, including PLC troubleshooting.

    + Apply basic electrical knowledge to test equipment and identify malfunction causes, including motor control devices, switch panels, and transformers.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in maintenance technician roles.

    + Proficiency in pneumatics and hydraulics.

    + Strong electrical skills.

    + Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.

    + Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with HVAC systems.

    + Experience in electronics.

    + Ability to work independently and in a team.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $57200.00 - $67000.00/yr.
