    Job Title: Logistics Transport Technician** **(Rigger)

     

    Pay: $19-21/hour

     

    Shift: 1st Shift

    Job Description

    As a Logistics Transport Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting a wide range of operational activities within a fast-paced production environment. Your work will contribute directly to the fabrication of carbon steel and stainless-steel car bodies that form the backbone of some of the most advanced rail vehicles in the world.

    Responsibilities

    + Support rail vehicle movements throughout the facility.

    + Apply strong mechanical knowledge to daily tasks.

    + Prepare flatcars and load rail vehicles onto flatcars or tractor trailers according to established procedures.

    + Secure rail vehicles using specialized tie-down methods and materials.

    + Conduct visual inspections and establish quality checks on all equipment and rigging.

    + Operate hand and power shop tools safely and effectively.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, NC.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr.
