    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    Operate plasma or saw machines with opportunities for cross-training in other departments. Gain valuable experience and training in welding.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate plasma machines and saw machines efficiently.

    + Cross-train in various departments to expand skillset.

    + Engage in welding tasks and learn welding techniques.

    + Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.

    + Maintain alertness and problem-solving skills on the job.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operation.

    + Familiarity with plasma cutting and saw operations.

    + Ability to work in assembly and production environments.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior machining or machine operation experience is a plus.

    + Problem-solving skills and alertness are essential.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a manufacturing facility on a 1st or 2nd shift. The 1st shift is from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break, then 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The 2nd shift runs from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Expect an average of 54 hours per week, with occasional Saturday work from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

    This is a Contract position based out of Chickasha, OK.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
