Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in pneumatics, welding, maintenance, electrical systems, motors, sensors, and more. This role requires a proactive approach to both preventive and reactive maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation.

+ Perform troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Welding and repairs on various components as needed.

+ Identify and repair or replace faulty motors and sensors.

+ Utilize PLC troubleshooting techniques to resolve system issues.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechatronics.

+ Strong electrical and mechanical engineering skills.

+ Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems effectively.

+ Entry-level candidates with relevant training or experience are encouraged to apply.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in manufacturing or engineering is preferred.

+ Experience in welding and maintenance of industrial equipment.

Work Environment

Initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM until proficiency is achieved. The role will then transition to a weekend shift: Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, totaling a 4-day, 40-hour workweek.

This is a Contract position based out of Chickasha, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
