    Description

    A regional, full-service law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Seattle, WA. The firm is known for collaboration across offices, workplace wellness initiatives, and top-tier training programs.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    + Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and appeal

    + Draft and prepare legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery)

    + Develop case fact background and gather evidence

    + Organize and maintain case files and document productions (physical and electronic)

    + Manage and coordinate discovery processes, including e-discovery, privilege logs, and productions

    + Schedule depositions, hearings, and court appearances; coordinate with clients and opposing counsel

    + Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit lists, witness files, and courtroom presentations

     

    Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) plan with match and annual profit share; 18 paid days off; 11 holidays; commuter allowance; life and disability insurance; parental leave.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, including with state and federal courts

    + Bachelor’s degree required

    + Advanced proficiency in e-discovery and litigation support software (Relativity or similar)

    + Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills

    + Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work independently
