    Job Description

    The Analyst, SEO & AI Search will support Marketing teams by analyzing search performance across traditional SEO and emerging GenAI-driven search ecosystems. This role focuses on monitoring our presence in AI-powered search experiences, assessing how these environments influence visibility and traffic, and delivering insights that improve discoverability and alignment with evolving search behaviors.

     

    Success in this role requires staying informed on AI search, LLM behavior, SEO, and emerging trends so our reporting and strategies evolve with new technologies.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor how AI-driven search experiences interpret and present our brand and content

    + Report on GenAI-related visibility and traffic patterns and identify opportunities to strengthen our presence in AI-driven search engines

    + Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page reviews, structured data/schema enhancements, and performance tracking

    + Collect and analyze search performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile

    + Develop recurring reports and dashboards to present SEO and AI-related insights

    + Conduct ad-hoc analyses to investigate out-of-pattern trends in search performance, AI-driven traffic impact, or emerging search issues.

    + Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for system changes and strategic projects

    + Design and create reporting materials to support strategic planning and cross-functional decision-making

    + Stay current on advancements in SEO, AI search, LLM behavior, and evolving discovery models

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or Mathematics

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in business analytics and data analysis

    + Proficiency with one or more of the following tools/platforms:

    + Google Cloud Platform

    + Google Marketing 360 Suite (Google Analytics, Google Ads, BigQuery, Data Studio)

    + Profound, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console

    + Tableau

    + Microsoft Excel

    + Python and/or R (bonus)

    + Ability to extract and manipulate data within SQL

    + Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter with strong multitasking skills

    + Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines accurately, and work independently with professionalism
