We are looking for a **Senior Finance Manager, Revenue - Cloud Applications** , who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about driving clarity, insight and efficiency. This role is responsible for delivering the end-to-end business health story for our M365 Cloud business, including critical priorities like Copilot and Microsoft 365 E5 and E3. This role drives a strong partnership across finance teams to ensure we deeply understand revenue performance across the portfolio, drive necessary action to accelerate opportunity and mitigate risk, and ensures leadership is regularly updated on the state of the business.

Responsibilities
+ Lead the month end close and business health revenue rhythms of business for the M365 Cloud business. Drive strong partnership across finance teams to ensure all areas of business performance across critical KPIs are regularly monitored with excellence and key variances are well understood.
+ Drive thought leadership across finance community for development of new KPIs and performance frameworks for business health. Anticpate the next business priority ahead of time and drive finance readiness in prepration.
+ Partner with finance leadership to provide regular updates on key health signals throughout the month, ensure news travels fast. Have a bias for action, regularly discuss these signals with finance peers to ensure fast action being taken to mitigate risk.
+ Lead development of new and innovative methods to strengthen team capabilities of providing “in month” intelligence of business performance.
+ Provide mentorship to early in career team members, providing training on effective analytical skills and coaching on commercial acumen and effective storytelling.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field; OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
+ OR equivalent experience?
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
+ 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
+ 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
