Description
+ Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures
+ Responsible for overseeing a minimum of 6 Attendant Donation Centers (ADC)
+ Establish a home base ADC to supervise while spending time in the field overseeing and assisting ADC supervisors within the assigned region
+ Responsible for ensuring ADCs are compliant in following Goodwill policies and procedures
+ Assist ADC supervisors with scheduling, transportation, interviewing applicants, training, securing, delivering supplies and aid when needed.
+ Ensure all ADCs within the region submit an accurate donation count at the close of business of day
+ Conduct and complete yearly reviews for all employees
+ Attend quarterly meetings conducted by the Director of Donation Services
+ Ensure each ADC is properly sorting all donations, E-Commerce items, and jewelry bags
+ Coordinate electric training for ADC employees with the Goodwill safety department
+ Ensure all ADCs are complaint in submitting monthly safety inspection reports and safety training forms as required
+ Report on facility issues, repairs, and required maintenance concerns to the Director of Donation Services
+ Responsible for the collection of payroll hours for ADCs.
+ Perform training of staff and perform on-site inspections of ADCs.
+ Must possess professional etiquette
+ Regular attendance is required.
+ Must maintain a clean, neat, personal appearance at all times.
+ All other duties as assigned.

Benefit eligibility is tied to whether you are a full-time employee or part-time employee.

Part-time employees scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week, after satisfying the new hire waiting period, are eligible for PTO, Discounts, Credit Union, Voluntary Benefits, and Mylo.

+ Must have a valid driver’s license
+ Must have access to a motor vehicle daily
+ Must have basic computer skills
+ Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
+ Must interact cordially and productively with donors, customers, and Goodwill employees.
+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule on short notice, including nights, weekends, and occasional long hours.
+ Must possess professional telephone skills and manners.
+ Must have flexibility to cover other areas of Goodwill when needed.
+ Must possess good organization and time management skills.
+ Ability to display and possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
+ Ability to lead by example and work independently with limited supervision
+ Ability to make decisions that benefit and incompliance with Goodwill’s policy and procedures
+ Ability to engage in prolonged sitting, standing and/or walking.
+ Ability to engage in frequent bending, stooping, and stretching.
+ Vision corrected to within normal limits.
+ Ability to work well in a hectic work environment with occasional periods of high stress.
