    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW:The Delaware Blue Coats Box Office Assistant is a part-time role that will assist the front office in operating ticketing systems for the team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED, TO THE BELOW:

    + Responsible for building and maintaining seating manifest in Archtics; experience in front and back end of Ticketmaster is required

    + Assist sales team in building products, assigning price codes, monitoring inventory and managing ticket holder accounts

    + Process payments, refunds, and set up payment plans as required

    + Create event audits, sales reports, and other documents as requested

    + Confirm Ticketmaster software and hardware, including scanners, are in working order

    + Coordinate roles in the box office with window staff on game days

    + Ability to work on Fevo platform preferred

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Ticket software experience (Ticketmaster, TM1 and Archtics)

    + 1-2 years’ experience within Ticket Operations or related field.

    + Experience with box office finance responsibilities, supervision, ticket window sales, and ticket order processing.

    + The selected candidate must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    + Work Environment: This position is a hybrid role that combines remote work during the week and will report to the Chase Fieldhouse box office in Wilmington, DE on game days and select in-person meetings. This position is part-time and must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

     

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $20/hour and $25/hour. This position is eligible for overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

     

    This position will be an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
