    **Location:** Minneapolis, MN

    **Pay Rate:** $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

    **Job Type:** Onsite

    **Shift:** 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

    Position Summary

    The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for operating a variety of woodworking machinery and using hand tools to assemble high-quality retail store displays. This position works with a range of materials—including wood, plastics, metals, and electronics—to produce durable and visually appealing products.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    + Operate woodworking equipment such as power saws, jointers, planers, and shapers to cut and shape wood components.

    + Trim and refine parts to ensure proper fit and alignment.

    + Bore holes for screws, dowels, and other fasteners.

    + Glue, fit, and clamp parts and subassemblies to create complete units.

    + Reinforce joints by driving nails or other fasteners at designated locations.

    + Sand and scrape surfaces to prepare items for finishing.

    + Install hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawer components.

    + Maintain a work environment that reflects our values of family, innovation, collaboration, and empowerment.

    + Follow all company safety protocols and workplace policies.
