Description
Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Senior IT Security Manager for its Charlotte, NC location.
Duties: Designing, engineering, and delivering digital identity capabilities with established CICD tool sets, including Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and Cloud formation. Driving standard design and deployment patterns for lifecycle and access management, single sign-on, adaptive risk and orchestration, and multi-factor authentication. Assessing emerging digital identity technologies to determine where they fill gaps, overlap with existing solutions, or extend capabilities. Supporting day-to-day processes for Citizens’ Digital Identity Services Platform Delivery, including level 4 activities. Providing security and identity services that enable the business while maintaining the highest levels of service without compromising a strong risk position. Participating in escalation of customer and application issues with teams integrating identity and security products and services. Providing leadership and mentoring for junior colleagues.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM field followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the role or in a related position. Four (4) years of experience must include: Leading the analysis, design, development, and deployment of IAM architecture and security projects; Collaborating with IAM delivery and architecture teams to deliver CIAM transformation projects; Working on IAM application integrations with third party SDKs/solutions for omni channels, including web, mobile, call center, and virtual assistants; and Creating and reviewing function and technical design documents. One (1) year of experience must also include: Design and development of Java, J2EE, and Spring based web applications and web services; Maintaining code quality and unit testing; Developing applications in OSGi framework; and Implementing improvements, including parallel service calls, caching, orchestration, and automated monitoring.
