The Project Manager within Citizens Wealth Management will lead strategic change initiatives for the Wealth Change Management office. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that drive transformation across Wealth Management.

Primary Responsibilities include:

+ Project Leadership: Own the delivery of multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.

+ Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks.

+ Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication with senior leaders, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.

+ Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and regulatory standards.

+ Team Collaboration: Lead project teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

+ Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and systems through structured change management practices.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications:

+ Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management.

+ Skills:

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and strategic shifts

+ Strong problem-solving skills both in independent work and collaborative environments

+ Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

+ Participate and contribute in strategic and transformational initiatives/projects

+ Strong presentation skills

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

+ Hours per Week: 40

+ Work Schedule: M-F

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
