The Boeing Company is looking for a **Staff Analyst-Experienced or Senior** to join our team in **Everett, WA** .

This analyst will be helping organize, integrate and run the business for the 767/787 Propulsion IPT organizational functions.

We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Facilitates and leads meetings and working sessions to align stakeholders and drive decisions.

+ Translates strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and measures of success.

+ Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

+ Synthesizes complex analyses into concise, executive-level summaries and talking points.

+ Supports preparation for senior leadership reviews and external briefings as required.

+ Builds and maintain relationships across Propulsion/BCA to ensure integration and coordinated execution of initiatives.

+ Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

+ Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

+ Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

+ Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

+ Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

+ Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

+ Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

+ Develops and deploys localized training content.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelors degree +6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 5+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management

+ 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Experience working in Engineering or Propulsion organizations

+ 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level

+ 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

+ 5+ years of experience leading teams in formal and/or informal role

+ 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

+ 5+ years of experience in a role which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ 5+years of experience as a Staff Analyst

+ Experience in finance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Experienced (level 3): $83,300 - $112,700

Summary pay range Senior (level 4): $104,550 - $141,450
