    Job Description

    To promote Omni and Heron’s Cove Mini Golf to our resort guests, club members and the surrounding community.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:o Maintain a clean and safe mini golf courseo Keep the rental station organized and cleano Manage with fair play and sportsman like conducto Develop tournament formats as well implement fun activities for all visitorso Maintain golf clubs, balls, and course to meet guest standardso Responsible for the inventory of the hut as well as displayso Responsible for Point of Sales system, cash handling, and cash drawer managemento Accountable for maintaining a clean and sanitary station for F&B itemso Knowledge of mini golf and equipment

     

    Hotel Specific Functions:o Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels culture, rules, and regulationso Answer phones using the proper "Moments of Service" scenarioo Provide guests with cheerful, personable, efficient serviceo Responsible for a clean and professional appearance of uniforms.o Fully understand and implement "Moments of Service" and “Power of Engagement”o Interact with every guest using Omni Standardso Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities and property specifics

    Qualifications

    o Must be at least 16 years of age.

    o Able to lift 30-50 poundso Able to stand and walk for long periods of timeo Must be able to hear and have good or corrected visiono Associate must be able to communicate verbally to our guestso Able to multitask effectively
