WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a strategic, brand-minded retail leader to join the North America Jordan Stores team. This role sits at the center of creating inspiring, premium, and distinctive experiences for consumers across Nike Value Stores (NVS). As the NVS expert for the Jordan Brand, you’ll help bring our retail strategy to life and shape a healthy, profitable marketplace for the brand.
The ideal candidate brings strong retail acumen, sharp analytical and operational skills, and a passion for turning brand strategy into execution at store level. You’re energized by consumer behavior, motivated by business results, and committed to elevating the Jordan Brand experience in every store.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of insights, marketplace health, and brand execution. You’ll help define and drive the Jordan Brand’s approach within NVS through:
+ Translating weekly retail results into clear, actionable insights
+ Developing and distributing decision-ready tools, trends, and reporting for partners across functions
+ Leading weekly assess-and-address of inventory and performance across NVS doors
+ Supporting long-term offense plans through data-backed trends and strategic recommendations
+ Ensuring the Jordan Brand journey is delivered at the highest standard in all NVS stores
A typical week starts with analyzing the prior week’s performance and identifying the “so what” behind the numbers. You’ll connect insights to broader business opportunities and influence teams across marketplace, planning, merchandising, and retail to activate against those opportunities.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll sit within the North America Jordan Stores team, working daily with cross-functional partners across Nike and the Jordan Brand. These partners include:
+ Merchandising
+ Planning & Allocation
+ Supply Chain
+ Store Operations
+ Visual Merchandising
+ Retail Brand & Marketing
Your work will directly influence how the Jordan Brand shows up across inline and value channels, requiring tight collaboration, communication, and alignment across teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field or combination of relevant education, experience and training
+ 5+ years of corporate retail or store-level experience
+ Experience managing or supporting retail stores is a plus
+ Strong retail and business math acumen
+ Ability to interpret and communicate trends across the business
+ Demonstrated success influencing across cross-functional partners
+ Strong storytelling and presentation skills (Keynote preferred)
+ Strategic and critical thinking abilities
+ High attention to detail
