    We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive innovation at the intersection of vibe coding, low code, and Copilot with the new App Builder agent. We’re a new team building AI first capabilities in M365 enabling everyone to build apps using natural language. Our team is leveraging the latest models and techniques to deliver high quality AI driven experiences.

    Responsibilities

    You will influence others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You’ll also be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas.

     

    You will define a feature set and facilitate senior-level usability reviews with customers. You’ll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisions, and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.

     

    You will scale Product Marketing teams by building marketing and roll-out plans, as well as leading the creation of customer support plans. You’ll also take advantage of major opportunities to promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.

     

    As an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas. You’ll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers across sectors.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualification(s):

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    **Other Requirements** :Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

    + **Microsoft Cloud Background Check** : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 2+ years experience with Agentic AI best practices in experimentation and evaluation

    + 8+ years experience facilitating senior-level usability reviews with customers

    + 8+ years experience driving roadmaps and partner collabration for multiple feature areas across several divisions

    + 8+ years experience product marketing teams by building marketing and roll-out plans, as well as leading the creation of customer support plans.

    Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
