    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Concrete Finishers** for projects located in **Scottsdale, AZ** . This is a first shift opportunity and the prevailing wage is **$41.24/hour** .     Job Scope:

    + Concrete cutting, coring and drilling

    + Utilize specialized equipment such as core drills, diamond-tipped bits and saws to cut precise holes and openings in concrete structures

    + Perform routine maintenance on coring equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safely

    + Maintain accurate records of work performed including the location and dimensions of core holes, drilling depths and any unusual conditions encountered during coring operations

    + Conduct inspections to verify the accuracy and cleanliness of coring work

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during coring operations such as equipment malfunctions or unexpected challenges in the concrete structure

    Requirements

    + Must have proven experience as a concrete coring technician or similar role in the construction industry

    + Knowledge of concrete cutting coring and drilling techniques

    + Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment used in concrete coring

    + Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

    + Strong attention to detail and precision in executing tasks

    + Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    + Must have a valid drivers license
