    Description

    Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Workers of all skill levels for projects located in and around **De Forest, Madison, and Shorewood Hills, WI** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $40/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Concrete Worker or Concrete Finisher and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Build forms and walls for concrete structures according to plan designs

    + Mold, pour, and finish concrete accurately

    + Tie rebar and prepare sites for concrete work

    + Assist with concrete pours, remove forms, smooth concrete, and hand finishing

    + Flat work including edging, adding joints, and power trowel operation (Madison site)

    + Set foundation wall forms, pour footings, and assist with large multiunit dwellings (Shorewood Hills site)

    Requirements:

    + Prior concrete experience required; flat work experience and power trowel operation preferred for Madison site

    + Minimum 1 year verifiable experience (Shorewood Hills); Stevens projects may require more experience

    + Must be reliable and able to work independently; attendance is critical

    + Own hand tools/pouch

    + Must wear proper PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, boots, and high-visibility clothing
