• Production Associate – 3rd shift 🔥

**Location:** Smyrna, TN

Pay:** **$23 per hour + Weekly Pay!

What You’ll Do

+ Support complex production and warehouse tasks, including **picking, packing, assembly, and inventory control** .

+ Perform **quality checks** and troubleshoot issues to ensure product accuracy and compliance.

+ Operate and maintain warehouse systems (SAP, WMS) for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and reporting.

+ Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to meet production goals and resolve workflow issues.

+ Support **lean manufacturing principles** and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Ensure adherence to **FIFO inventory practices** and assist with cycle counts and audits.

+ Promote and uphold a **safe work environment** through regular safety checks and training participation.

What We’re Looking For

+ Proficiency with warehouse management systems (SAP, Sphere WMS, LXE).

+ Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and production workflows.

+ Ability to **lead by example** , communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.

+ Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

+ Commitment to **safety, quality, and continuous improvement** .

This is a Contract position based out of La Vergne, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
