    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced **Fire Alarm Technician** with a **NICET Level II Certification** to join our team for a **54-unit multifamily project in Vail, Colorado** . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire alarm system installation and inspection, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with all safety and code requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Install and configure fire alarm systems according to project specifications and industry standards.

    + Read and interpret construction blueprints for accurate system placement.

    + Perform wiring, pulling cable, and connecting electrical components.

    + Conduct inspections and testing to ensure proper functionality and compliance.

    + Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + **NICET Level II Certification** (mandatory).

    + Expertise in fire alarm installation and inspection.

    + Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.

    Preferred Skills

    + Experience with multifamily construction projects.

    + Familiarity with local codes and regulations.

    + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    Experience Level

    **Expert Level** – Minimum of 3+ years in fire alarm installation and inspection.

    This is a Contract position based out of Avon, CO.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $48.00/hr.
