    Job Description

    Join our team as a Machinist/Mechanical Technician, where you'll have the opportunity to start with general labor and receive training on CNC machines. This position offers flexible hours with the primary shift from Monday to Thursday, 9 PM to 7 AM, totaling 40 hours a week. There is also an opportunity for extended hours, working from 7 PM to 7 AM, accumulating 48 hours weekly. A ton of room for growth within the career and financially.

    Responsibilities

    + Start with general labor tasks and progress to operating CNC machines.

    + Ensure production line efficiency and maintain industrial equipment.

    + Utilize hand tools for various mechanical tasks.

    + Assist in construction and production processes as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical aptitude and inclination.

    + Experience in production line, industrial, or CNC operations.

    + Ability to perform general labor tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in construction or general labor.

    + Familiarity with hand tools.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt in a mechanical environment.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is typical of a large-scale machine shop, with temperatures varying by season—cold in winter and hot in summer. While not spotless, it is maintained to standard cleanliness levels. Our team is composed of long-standing employees who are committed to training new team members and are enthusiastic about the company's expansion. The primary shift is from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WASHINGTON, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $30.00/hr.
