Job Title:** **Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Placement)

Shifts Available:

+ 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

+ 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Monday–Friday)

+ _Initial training will be conducted on 1st shift for a few months._

Compensation & Benefits

+ Pay: **$29–$35 per hour** (plus **12.5% shift differential** )

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to join our team. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and assembling industrial equipment in accordance with technical documentation and engineering guidance. The technician will work closely with manufacturing, process, and facilities engineering teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

+ Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, manuals, and schematics.

+ Conduct troubleshooting and analysis using test and diagnostic equipment.

+ Implement equipment modifications as directed by engineering teams.

+ Support installation and repair of building systems including plumbing, wiring, HVAC, and manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum of **5 years of experience** in industrial maintenance, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.

+ **3–5 years of hands-on experience** working with 240V and 480V electrical systems.

+ Comfortable working in a chemical manufacturing environment.

+ Proficiency in PLCs, electrical and production maintenance, and industrial mechanical systems.

+ Solid understanding of pneumatics, three-phase wiring, and preventive maintenance procedures.

Work Environment

+ Large chemical manufacturing facility with diverse equipment and strict safety guidelines.

+ Requires steel-toe boots (provided by employee).

This is a Permanent position based out of Longmont, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $72800.00/yr.
