Production Worker - Refrigerated Environment - 1st Shift

Job Description

We are seeking motivated production workers to join our team in New Gloucester, Maine. This role involves working in a food manufacturing setting where you will operate basic production equipment, package finished goods, and palletize materials while adhering to work orders.

Responsibilities

+ Operate basic production equipment in a food manufacturing setting.

+ Package finished goods according to specifications.

+ Palletize materials efficiently.

+ Follow work orders and ensure accuracy in production processes.

+ Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to lift 60+ lbs.

+ Comfortable working in a cold environment.

+ Ability to work on feet for an 8-hour shift.

+ Attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the job.

+ Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a refrigerated setting with temperatures around 40-45 degrees. Be part of a team of 20, handling raw materials and engaging in heavy lifting tasks of 60+ lbs. Personal protective equipment will be provided for safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Gloucester, ME.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr.
