Job Title- Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a laser operator where you will play a crucial role in creating medical products such as biowearable sensors, wound care items, and diagnostic devices. You will have the opportunity to operate various machines and engage in cross-training to enhance your skills and versatility.

Responsibilities

+ Run cycles on the machines efficiently.

+ Inspect parts as they are produced to ensure quality.

+ Conduct tests on parts to verify functionality.

+ Package items securely for distribution.

+ Document information both manually and digitally.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in machine operation, preferably with 6+ months in manufacturing.

+ Mechanical inclination and consistent work history.

+ Experience with calipers, laser operation, medical device assembly, laser cutters, and micrometers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High attention to detail is essential.

+ Mechanical inclination is highly valued.

Work Environment

Work in a smaller, collaborative environment with shifts varying in size from 3-20 people. The weekend shift operates Friday from 10am-10pm and Saturday/Sunday from 8am-8pm. While the environment can be loud, employees can wear one earbud to listen to audio content. Staff wear lab coats and hair nets in this non-clean room setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
