Job Title:** **Flex Image Operator

About the Role

We’re looking for a Flex Image Operator to join our team. This is an entry-level position with full training provided—no prior experience required.

What You’ll Do

+ Operate wet chemical tanks and conveyor systems to etch panels according to instructions.

+ Follow special notes for custom materials and depths.

+ Measure panel dimensions and surface conditions using tools like micrometers and thickness gauges.

+ Record measurements and process details accurately.

+ Handle panels through different chemical processes, ensuring proper alignment.

+ Learn and assist with plating processes.

+ Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules.

+ Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

+ Meet daily production goals and report any issues to your supervisor.

+ Work as part of a team to support production and improvements.

What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

+ Ability to follow written instructions and document work clearly.

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

+ Good time management and communication skills.

+ Team player who values safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
