Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented mechanical technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders, experienced with a variety of power tools, and capable of performing wiring for panel components.

Responsibilities

+ Read and interpret blueprints and work orders efficiently.

+ Utilize various power tools such as torque wrenches, grinders, welding equipment, drills, and saws effectively.

+ Perform wiring for panel components with accuracy.

+ Ensure finished products meet established quality standards.

+ Read and follow Bills of Materials diligently.

+ Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.

+ Experience with power tools and mechanical assembly.

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

+ Knowledge of automotive maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

+ Familiarity with quality control processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.

+ Ability to work with electrical blueprints and schematics.

Work Environment

Work in a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable work environment. Choose from shifts that suit your lifestyle: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). Enjoy a $2 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, enhancing your earnings.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Monessen, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr.

They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available. PTO Schedule: 0-4 years = 10 Days. 5-14 years = 15 days. 15-19 years = 20 days. 20-29 years = 25 days. If needing to use pto for more than 3 days at a time, must be submitted before 2 weeks of timeframe.
