    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Stationary Engineers** for projects located in and around **Baltimore, MD** . This is a **second** **shift** opportunity with a pay range of **up to $43/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Operate and Monitor Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, and other Power Plant Equipment, Ensuring all Systems Run Safely and Efficiently

    + Perform Routine Preventative Maintenance including Lubrication, Gasket and Valve Replacement, and Cleaning of Boilers, Strainers, and Related Components

    + Diagnose and Repair Issues with Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation Systems, using Proper Tools and Test Equipment

    + Maintain Detailed Logs of Equipment Readings, Inspections, and Maintenance Activities

    Requirements:

    + Minimum of 2 Years of Experience Operating and Maintaining Boilers, Chillers, and Related Mechanical Systems

    + Strong Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems in Commercial or Industrial Facilities

    + Able to Read and Interpret Technical Manuals, Schematics, and Gauges

    + Proficiency in Maintaining Accurate Logs and Maintenance Records

    + Able to Troubleshoot Equipment Malfunctions and Perform Repairs Safely and Efficiently

    + Able to Work Second Shift (3:30 PM-12:30 AM) and Occasional Weekends or Holidays as Required

    + Physically Capable of Lifting up to 50 Pounds, Climb Ladders, and Work in Confined Spaces

    + Strong Attention to Detail and Commitment to Safety Protocols
