Key Focus Areas
+ Hands-on electrical design using Revit and AutoCAD
+ Exposure to commercial, educational, multifamily, and data center projects
+ Occasional site walks, kickoff meetings, and light client interaction
+ Clear growth potential into APM/PM roles or deeper technical specialization
Daily Responsibilities
+ Design electrical systems: power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and controls
+ Perform calculations for equipment sizing, feeders, and branch circuits
+ Generate equipment schedules and ensure code compliance
+ Collaborate with clients and internal teams
+ Support proposal development and client meetings as needed
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred); relevant experience may substitute
+ 4–5 years of experience in electrical design for building systems
+ 1–3 years as a Project Designer in Electrical Engineering (power and lighting systems)
+ 4–5 years of Revit/AutoCAD experience; strong proficiency in Revit is non-negotiable
+ Working knowledge of NEC, CA Title 24, and building codes
+ Project experience in commercial, educational, multifamily, or data center projects
Preferred Qualifications
+ 6+ years of experience in electrical design
+ EIT or PE license (preferred for designers and PMs)
+ LEED AP or sustainability certifications
+ Familiarity with Arc Flash, EasyPower, SKM Power, Dynamo, Bluebeam
+ Experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects and complex electrical systems
+ Interest or backgrnd in AI for design automation

This is a Permanent position based out of San Bernardino, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
