Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. Your role is essential in ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
**Pay/Schedule:** M-F 7am-3pm, $20-21
Responsibilities
+ Vacuum office area before 7AM daily.
+ Clean the main conference room and lobby front desk area, including doors, on a daily basis.
+ Empty garbage bins from offices and restock bathrooms at the end of the work shift.
+ Maintain the cleanliness and stock of the kitchen, including taking out the kitchen trash daily.
+ Fill copy machines with paper regularly.
+ Every Wednesday and Friday, take out recycling from offices and clean microwaves and vending machine glass.
+ Clean out refrigerators and empty shredders bi-weekly.
+ Ensure all offices are cleaned, wiped down, and dusted within a week.
+ Monthly duties include cleaning windows, blinds, baseboards, cobwebs, and the janitor closet.
+ Dust on top of cubicles, shelves, pictures, copy machines, fax machines, vents, and other miscellaneous areas.
+ Clean trash cans/bins, spot clean carpets, and wipe down chair and table legs.
+ Assist with lunch events by setting up chairs, cleaning up after events, and ensuring the area is tidy.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
