    Key Responsibilities

    + Manages daily processes in the Intake area related to the collection and documentation of patient appointment refusals

    + Conducts hourly rounds of intake area to monitor patient flow in services areas and report barriers to site leaders and custody staff.

    + Assists in collecting and managing data related to access to care initiatives as assigned

    + Ensures appropriate security measures are followed as outlined by the facility and necessary data is tracked.

    + 7a-7p every other weekend

    + Log requests for offsite and diagnostic studies.

    + **General Duties:**

    + Support supervisors and the Health Services Administrator with other related duties as requested.

    Key Qualifications

    + To qualify for this position, you must have:

    + A high school diploma or equivalent.

    + One year of experience in a healthcare environment (preferred).

    + Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

    + The ability to meet initial and ongoing security clearance requirements, including a background check, security clearance, and drug screening.
