    Responsibilities

    + Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

    + Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing, and troubleshooting.

    + Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.

    + Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

    + Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

    + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and concerns.

    + Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain service standards.

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + Proven experience in customer service or related roles.

    + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    + Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    + Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
